Denis Istomin upsets Philipp Kohlschreiber in first round of Stuttgart Open
Denis Istomin annoy two-time finalist Philipp Kohlschreiber 7-6 (2), 7-6 (3) in the first round of the Stuttgart Open on Tuesday.
