Cristiano Ronaldo leaves Real Madrid to join Juventus
Cristiano Ronaldo is leaving Real Madrid to sign with Italian champions Juventus, the Spanish club reported on Tuesday.
The ruling Ballon d'Or victor is set to end his nine-year spell at Real Madrid with a move to Turin following a break with club president Florentino Perez over another agreement.
"Genuine Madrid might want to convey that we have tuned in to the desire and demand communicated by player Cristiano Ronaldo and have consented to his exchange to Juventus FC," the Champions League holders said in an announcement.
